Journal response to readings + interviews

Humanities

First reflect on what your first impression was when you first looked at the resume/cover letter or other document (aesthetics, balance, clarity, uniformity) then on what it was like to be the boss, or hiring manager or interviewer, grad adviser, venture capitalist etc.? You do not have to list all of the questions you asked. Ultimately, what did you learn by being the interviewer?

Direction: Now reflect on what it was like to be interviewed. You do not have to list the questions or answers that you covered. How prepared did you feel? What did you learn? What will you do to be better prepared for such interviews in the future?
