WHAT TO DO AND HOW TO DO IT. Write a critical and well developed overview comparing andcontrasting significant areas of these two different (and also similar) documents The more precise use of direct text comparisons in important areas (i.e., demonstrating through your analysis and, using/inserting actual text/words from the respective documents) will yield higher points.
Are they both attempting to do the same thing, OR, is each uniquely set up for a different purpose – use examples to clarify.
FINAL NOTE : You are not expected (or even encouraged) to do outside research, simply (but carefully), use the two primary sources to develop your two-three page paper.
Points will be deducted for not following the format.

1. Length of paper; 650-700 words.This is the equivalent of a two/three [2-3] page double-line spaced paper.
>>double line spacing
(when using quotes or direct sections from the constitutions [which is required], you may use single spacing for these “quote” areas; you may abbreviate this process through the use of “ellipsis” which can prove to be a handy device when quoting material and you want to omit some words to only retain that which is most salient. The ellipsis consists of three evenly spaced dots (periods) with spaces between the ellipsis and surrounding letters or other marks. Let’s take the sentence, “The ceremony honored twelve brilliant athletes from the Caribbean who were visiting the U.S.” and leave out “from the Caribbean who were”, thus the insert becomes: The ceremony honored twelve brilliant athletes … visiting the U.S. – this approach/methods is invaluable when covering a broad area (such as comparing two constitutions), yet preserving in limited space, essential and substantive points. In other words, it’s a means to maximize more into less.
>>indent (~5 spaces) ALL paragraphs and use double-line spacing.
2. Use your word processing counter to track how many words your document is.
