(Mass productions, mono culture, inhumane practices. etc) The author in this assignment is considered a sub-topic of the major topic Animal Welfare and the Environment. The assignment:

Research the person and provide a current nutrition, health related, and environmental issue and its impact on us. and how this author is influencing a sign of positive change (could be spreading the knowledge, educating or etc). there will an example of this assignment uploaded for you see how the presentation should be like.
