You were assigned to read pieces of short fiction this week (“A Rose From Emily”, “Everyday Use”, and “The Storm”). Looking at the major characters in each piece, what aspect of their actions/personality is the most realistic based on your personal ideas and experiences? Answer the prompt in no less than 250 words.

Then, read the posts of your classmates. Respond to two of your classmate’s posts. This is a total of three posts: your main post, one post to a classmate, and one post to another classmate. In order to provide helpful, clear critiques, your responses to your classmates should be at least 150 words. YOU MUST POST YOUR RESPONSE TO THE DISCUSSION PROMPT FIRST!
