1 MANTRA

- Create 1 mantra for yourself. Your mantra is based on personal experience and holds power as an individual and unique expression of what you most desire. Whether manifesting security, deep connection, self-confidence, or release from suffering, the only requirement of a mantra is that it is authentic.

- Health
Every goal must address the 5 characteristics of SMART goals:
- Specific–What do you want to accomplish
- Measurable–How can you measure progress and know if you’ve successfully met your goal
- Active–What are the steps required to achieve it
- Realistic–Do you have the skills required to achieve the goal
- Timeline–What’s the deadline by which to achieve the goal
