CHAPTER 1 of the textbook discusses some current theories and debates on leadership.

For our purposes in this online discussion, we are concerned with whether leadership can be described in terms of nature, or nurture (or both).

Each student will submit ONE (1) (ONLY ONE) response to the Q of whether leadership is a matter of nature and/or nurture, eg are people born leaders, or is it something they can acquire.

Your response should be at least 300 words, and it must include some evidence for your position (eg don’t just give your opinion).

Do not copy your answers…cheating of any kind will earn a 0.

Your discussion response is worth 5 points (of your participation grade), and will be due on BB no later than 2/5, 12pm.
